Re-roofing process

Firstly scaffolding is erected. Then we removed existing roof covering down to joists re-nailing and strengthen roof timbers

we then felt and batten the roof using breathable felt and treated batten Inserting bonding gutters to correctly join with next doors roof .

we replaced  the old lead with new and then tiled the roof with large flat profile tiles applying dry verge and ridge system
We also replaced the damaged pot to chimney and re-pointed the chimney

We also removed a redundant chimney from the main apex
Then new black UPVC fascias and guttering were installed
